Road Safety Initiative

Seconds count in the Golden Hour

Every year, thousands of lives are lost on Bihar's roads due to delay and panic. We train everyday citizens with practical skills to step forward, secure the scene, and save lives.

Assess and call

Perform immediate care

Ensure your own safety first. Park vehicles safely, alert oncoming traffic, and establish a secure perimeter around the injured before approaching.

Check for responsiveness and breathing. Immediately call local emergency services or coordinate with bystanders to secure professional medical dispatch.

Apply direct pressure to severe bleeding and initiate chest compressions if the victim is unresponsive and not breathing. Every second counts.

Our Core Programs

Targeted safety awareness

We deliver hands-on workshops across Patna to directly address the root causes of traffic fatalities and empower local communities with critical emergency skills.

Bystander training

Golden Hour response

Institutional workshops

We help overcome the bystander effect through intensive, hands-on drills that build the personal confidence needed to take charge during roadside emergencies.

Our specialized workshops focus on stabilizing trauma victims, managing severe bleeding, and maintaining clear airways during the first critical sixty minutes after an accident.

We deliver custom road safety programs specifically designed for local schools, commercial driver associations, and corporate delivery fleets operating.

Bring training to your community

Partner with Nisha Foundation to organize a free, hands-on road safety and emergency response workshop for your school, workplace, or neighborhood association in Patna.
